AI Model Architect & Creative Developer

We’re looking for an AI Model Architect & Creative Developer (Technical Production Designer), a detail-oriented and technically creative professional to join a world-class Content Design team within Product Design & Marketing.

• Design and implement agentic and multi-agent patterns (planner‑critic‑actor, tool use, memory/knowledge retrieval, safety gates).
• Integrate AI models, APIs, and creative tools, defining guardrails and observability for safe and compliant deployment.
• Develop retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines grounded in internal style guides and knowledge bases.
• Build AI‑assisted creative workflows that generate on‑brand copy, imagery, and microcopy for designer‑in‑the‑loop approval.
• Create prompt libraries, evaluation datasets, and reusable frameworks for scalable content operations.
• Optimize AI and design pipelines through documentation, process refinement, and QA testing.
• Implement evaluation harnesses for quality, bias, and compliance, and monitor performance metrics.
• Maintain clear, accessible documentation (style guides, workflows, specs) and train partners on safe, on‑brand execution.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with designers, writers, producers, engineers, and data scientists to translate creative vision into technical systems.
• Work with internal AI models and tools under strict privacy, security, and brand guidelines.

• Proven experience in production design or a similar creative technical role, with a portfolio showcasing meticulous design execution.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs and generative AI (text, vision, or audio), prompt engineering, and tool/function calling.
• Strong understanding of agentic/multi‑agent architecture and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop) and scripting (Python preferred; Swift or JavaScript a plus).
• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills, with a methodical approach to QA and workflow optimization.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across creative and technical functions.
• Familiarity with privacy, security, accessibility, and compliance best practices in AI systems.

• Knowledge of front‑end or creative coding (Swift

• Exposure to media AI (image/video/audio generation, ASR/TTS) and experimentation platforms.
