Summary

We’rein search of a Keynote Designer todesign and refineinternal and executive-level presentations in Keynote. Experience working within design systems and brand guidelines, and applying them consistently. Supportapproximately 3–4 presentation projects at a time, each with differentmilestones, deadlines, and multiple review cycles.

Keynote Designer
The Central Marketing team is seeking an experienced creative designer to work on Director-level and above Keynote presentations within

Services Marketing.
This position will work closely with our leadership team (Senior Director+ reports), as well as teams across the org to develophighly-polished presentations.
This candidate should be able to receive high-level direction,provide appropriate options/solutions, and proactively collaborate with multiple teams to source content and key information. The candidate shouldbe able to work in an efficient and organized manner, have a keen eye fordetail, and deliver pixel-perfect final versions. This candidate shouldadditionally be able to independently drive and manage presentations to completion.
The ideal candidate should have a high-level of proficiency in Keynoteand supporting graphic design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator,Sketch, etc.), should be familiar with best practices in building

Keynote presentations, and possess an ability to synthesize complexquantitative and qualitative information in an easy-to-digest manner. The candidate should also have experience and a high-level of aptitude in creating device and screen comps.
The position will help up-level design skills across the org by developinga repository of keynote templates, design systems (emailtemplates, dashboards, etc.), and how-to guides for use by the broader

Central Marketing team in their day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and refine internal and executive-level presentations in Keynote.
• Distill complex, multi-source information into clear, simple, and engagingvisual stories.
• Maintain and help evolve aligned visual style, ensuring consistency acrosspresentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and senior leaders, sometimesworking with directors and executives directly.
• Independently set up and manage priorities, milestones, review points, and feedback cycles, acting as a self-starter.
• Iterate through multiple rounds of feedback, adjusting designs withoutover-attachment and occasionally pushing back constructively when needed.

• Strong proficiency in Keynote and presentation design.
• Demonstrated visual storytelling skills, including hierarchy, layout,typography, and information design.
• Experience working within design systems and brand guidelines, and applyingthem consistently.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders.
• Adaptable, self-starting, and proactive, able to navigate multiple inputs an devolving requirements.

Areasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $70 to $74/hour
