Senior BIM Coordinator | Bay Area and Los Angeles Area

Are you the person in the room who keeps every trade on the same page? We are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to quarterback MEP coordination from design through construction - running clash meetings, resolving conflicts across plumbing, electrical, fire protection, structural, and architectural systems, and keeping projects on schedule.
WhatYou'll Do:
Lead BIM/VDC coordination meetings and drive resolutions across trades. Run clash detection and manage coordination in Navisworks. Model and coordinate in Revit/AutoCAD. Keep teams organized, accountable, and on deadline. Communicate clearly - including with the tough personalities every jobsite has.
What You Bring:5+ years of BIM/MEP coordination experience (construction management or subcontractor background a plus). Strong working knowledge of MEP, structural, and architectural systems. Revit & Navisworks experience preferred. Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred. A calm, organized, collaborative approach under pressure.
