What You'll Do

As a pivotal member of the team, you will elevate design thinking and execution, championing user experience and driving projects from concept to flawless delivery. Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex challenges into clear design objectives and actionable plans, making a tangible difference in the digital products that define this company.

  • Manage critical cross-functional relationships, effectively representing the design team's vision and needs.
  • Support the design team in developing robust project plans, establishing key milestones, and meticulously tracking progress and issues.
  • Facilitate and lead engaging design brainstorms and workshops, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Conduct productive meetings and design reviews, meticulously capturing key ideas, decisions, issues, and actionable items.
  • Provide weekly project health reports, clearly communicating status, impending challenges, and projected results to stakeholders.
  • Drive strategic planning initiatives in close partnership with Design Managers.
  • Skillfully negotiate design priorities, balancing limited resources with aggressive schedules to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Orchestrate the timely handoff of polished design comps and specifications to engineering teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners to safeguard design integrity throughout the implementation phase.
  • Champion continuous improvement for processes and communications within a rapidly evolving, fast-paced work environment.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience as a producer or project manager in software design.
  • Profound understanding of UX/UI principles and the complete software ideation, execution, and delivery lifecycle.
  • Strong grasp of design best practices across desktop, mobile, and native application platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate design, business, marketing, engineering, and stakeholder perspectives to clarify project requirements, define design goals, and execute strategies.
  • Exceptional ability to quickly comprehend complex information, identify critical issues, and adapt effectively to constant change.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting deadlines and driving results while expertly managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience working within a digital or creative agency environment.
