We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to build and run Piston’s marketing engine from the ground up . This is an in-office role in Cupertino, CA. You won’t be just managing agencies—you’ll be executing directly, experimenting boldly, and owning results.

Own and grow Piston’s social media presence with bold, engaging, and relevant content.

Design and execute email campaigns in Hub Spot (and beyond) that drive engagement and growth.

Partner with the sales team to create and run lead‑gen and conversion campaigns .

Build and protect the Piston brand —ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and design across all channels.

Track, analyze, and optimize marketing KPIs to measure and improve performance.

Operate with urgency, creativity, and accountability— a builder, not a delegator .

3+ years of marketing experience (startup, B2B SaaS, or fintech strongly preferred).

Proficiency with email marketing tools (Hub Spot is a plus).

Strong sense of brand and design —comfortable creating or guiding assets.

Excellent writing and storytelling skills.

High-energy, self-driven, and eager to work hard to build something big .
