SummaryWe are seeking an Email Production Specialist. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end assembly and delivery of email campaigns that reach customers worldwide across different lines of service. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology—managing approximately 15 campaigns per week while collaborating with editorial, design, localization, engineering, and local marketing teams. Your attention to detail and ability to move fast will ensure high-quality deliverables ship on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities- Email Assembly & QA:
Build and thoroughly test email campaigns across multiple content types, testing across email clients and platforms to ensure flawless rendering. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with copywriters, designers, international marketing teams, and engineering to gather assets, solve blockers, and meet tight deadlines. - Technical Execution:
Build emails using HTML/CSS in an enterprise platform similar to Mail Chimp, Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign Manager, etc.; troubleshoot rendering issues and resolve code-related problems. - Quality Assurance:
Conduct self-review and peer review before campaigns launch to catch errors and maintain high standards. - Workflow Management:
Manage competing priorities and communicate proactively with teams to keep projects on track.
- 3+ years of hands-on email campaign production experience.
- Proven ability to manage 10-15 concurrent campaigns weekly in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience building emails using enterprise email service providers (Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign Manager, Mail Chimp, or equivalent).
- Working proficiency with HTML and CSS as applied to email—including troubleshooting rendering issues, applying formatting, and validating code.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills; demonstrated ability to follow up effectively to gather information and keep projects moving.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong peer review and quality assurance experience.
- Comfortable working on Mac in a professional environment.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
