Electronics Lab Technician

Akkodis is seeking an Electronics Lab Technician for a Contract with a client in Cupertino, CA
. Candidate must have strong proficiency in Python and hands‑on capability with imaging and optical characterization automation systems.

Rate Range: $40/hour to $43/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Operate state‑of‑the‑art imaging and optical‑characterization automation systems for display modules.
• Design and implement mechanical setups, including camera enclosures and robot manipulators, for diverse display products.
• Maintain and troubleshoot automation equipment to ensure reliable imaging and test performance.
• Support laboratory workflows by preparing setups, handling modules, and ensuring proper test execution.
• Develop Python‑based scripts and tools to enhance automation, data handling, and system functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine test methods and integrate new display‑module configurations.

• Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
• 3-5 Years of experience required.
• Having hands‑on experience with Python scripting and familiarity with laboratory environments and macOS.
• Candidate will have strong proficiency with Python libraries such as Num Py, Sci Py, pandas, and OpenCV to support imaging and automation workflows.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $43.00 per hour
