** Description*
* In this role, you will specify, build, and validate capacitive sensors in new product applications, working cross-functionally with test, firmware, system engineering, and product operations teams. You will leverage your familiarity with product integration and manufacturing technologies to successfully implement sensors into high-volume consumer products. The ideal candidate will also bring direct experience with technologies such as capacitive touch sensors.

** Minimum Qualifications*
* + BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience

+ Strong foundation in math, physics, and electrical engineering.

+ Strong background in board-level analog and mixed-signal circuits and/or embedded systems, with hands-on experience in module-level design.

+ Ability to independently drive technical issues to resolution and coordinate efforts across teams.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Experience in the architecture, design, characterization, and validation of sensing systems, including theory of operation, signal processing, and design trade-offs.

+

Experience with manufacturing technologies relevant to sensor fabrication is a plus.

+ Proficiency in simulation and modeling tools (MATLAB, SPICE), scripting languages (Python), and statistical analysis software (JMP).

+ Cross-functional experience in a high-volume production environment, including a background in automation for test and characterization.

+ Excellent critical thinking, data analysis, and logic/reasoning skills.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
