Job Description:

• MS in Electrical Engineering with 1-5 years of experience
• Strong verification, problem-solving, and debugging skills with a track record of identifying and resolving complex issues
• Hands-on experience bringing up and testing RFICs, including system integration, characterization, and optimization
• Proficiency in end-to-end RF measurements, block-level characterization (LNAs, Mixers, Amplifiers, PLLs, VCOs, ADCs, and DACs)
• Advanced programming skills with experience in Python, MATLAB, or C++ for test automation and data analysis
• Bench automation expertise and scripting to streamline validation workflows
• Familiarity with lab equipment spectrum analysers, network analysers, signal generators, phase noise analysers, oscilloscopes, and DMMs
• Understanding of board schematics and layout; experience defining hardware board requirements for lab validation

• AI/ML skills for data analysis, pattern recognition, and test optimization
• Experience applying machine learning techniques to RF validation or signal processing
• Knowledge of modern software development practices (version control, CI/CD, containerization)
• Experience with Digital Signal Processing verification
• Experience supporting ATE engineers and mass production
