Sr. Operations Program Manager, Vision Pro

• Lead the OEM operations team in planning and executing development builds and new product ramps.
• Drive ramp readiness with engineering, operations and OEM teams.
• Plan capacity and lead factory equipment budget.
• Handle component readiness to ensure part availability, quality and cost.
• Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams.
• Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality.
• Lead all communications, upward and downward through the organization; raise key issues and options for resolution with executive teams.

• 12+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering or product development.
• Bachelor's in engineering discipline.
• Ability to travel up to 20–25%.

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to management.
• Results oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience.
• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

Base pay ranges between $178,400 and $268,500 based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
