We are seeking experienced Thermal/Mechanical Engineers to build the next generation of our cloud platforms. Our success depends on our truly innovative server infrastructure; we’re handling massive scale and rapid integration of emergent technologies.

As a member of the Hardware Engineering Mechanical/Thermal/Robotics (MTR) Engineering team you’ll be responsible for the design of our server platforms and providing leadership in the application of new cooling and mechanical technologies. You’ll work with thought leaders in multiple technology areas to deliver a world-class customer experience and constantly seek ways to improve product performance, quality and cost.

• Perform mechanical and thermal design and development for complex electronic systems
• Design and validate systems and subsystems to meet program objectives
• Participate in the cross-discipline design process working with other HW and SW team members to develop optimized integrated solutions
• Conduct failure analysis and solution validation for product development and fleet systems
• Manage interaction with overseas resources
• Provide mentorship and technical reviews to a team of mechanical/thermal design engineers

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• 7 years experience in thermal and mechanical design of server technologies or equivalent technology

• Master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
