Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and quality control.
- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field such as Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing.
- Experience developing process quality plans and conducting supplier quality audits.
- Working knowledge of mechanical quality and reliability concepts.
- Project management experience and understanding of problem‑solving tools.
