Senior Thermal TS/FAE

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Thermal TS/FAE to join our dynamic team in Cupertino, California or Suzhou, China.

• Responsible for identifying customer needs, designing solutions, conducting validation and evaluation, as well as technical communication with clients and supporting technical issues and complaints;
• Responsible for technical research related to product applications: including evaluating product application processes, writing application notes, and simulating TTV testing for specific application scenarios;
• Competitor analysis and performance comparison, industry trend research and analysis;
• Editing, reviewing, and releasing company product-related technical materials;
• Sales technical training and client technical exchange sessions;
• Other tasks assigned by the company.

• Graduated from one of QS top 500 universities.
• Master in Mechanical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science (Master's or Doctoral degree preferred).
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in a related field.
• Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
