In this highly cross-functional role, you will oversee the coordination efforts internally with the Noise and Vibration as well as externally with our Product Design, EE, RF, and Software teams. The Engineering Program Manager (EPM) will facilitate good communication and offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management.
Additionally, you will drive day-to-day program activities, system build planning, execution, and risk assessments to meet overall program objectives for development projects. - 3 years of program management experience in either noise and vibration or hardware engineering. Looking for candidates with 3 to 8 years of experience range only.
- Experience working with large cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate sophisticated technical/engineering issues.
- Prior work experience in the industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Experience in issue tracking and FA syncs.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with inter-dependencies and program issues management.
- Drive critical cross-functional issues across multiple product lines.
- Maintain proper schedule to meet build timelines.
- Bring together multiple stakeholders to tackle noise issues on products.
