Description
Our team is seeking a Materials Engineer who demonstrates creativity in problem-solving, mastery of manipulating material properties and processes that enhance performance, and the ability to deliver material solutions with intricate specifications. The role entails close collaboration with cross-functional partners in Product Design, Manufacturing Design, and Reliability, as well as external vendors, to develop new materials and manufacturing techniques to meet Apple’s stringent functional and aesthetic requirements.
Technical proficiency, the capacity for cross-functional collaboration and project management, and exceptional communication skills are all essential for this position. This position will require occasional domestic or international travel (
