The Manager oversees investor communication processes, manages junior team members, and ensures high-quality execution across all investor-facing materials. This role bridges hands‑on execution and leadership.

• Serve as a primary contact for a group of investors
• Lead investor calls, presentations, and communications

• Manage associates and analysts
• Establish and improve workflows for reporting and investor materials
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness
• Translate underwriting into clear, compelling investment narratives
• Shape messaging for capital raises and investor updates

• Review financial models and assumptions
• Provide input on risk, structure, and investor positioning

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4–7 years of relevant experience

Fluent Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) is required, as this role involves direct, daily communication with Mandarin-speaking investors and the preparation of bilingual investment materials.

The expected salary range for this position is $120K to $140K per year
. The actual salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate's geographic location, relevant experience, and specific skill sets, in accordance with California laws.
