Job Overview
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The position focuses on triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, conducting client meetings to review financial and investment goals, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. The role is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements and includes regulatory compliance responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Build financial plans that incorporate brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking, and money‑managed solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with clients' financial goals and needs.
- Triage client requests and make referrals to internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and potential product services.
- Integrate relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long‑term client strategies.
- Current Series7 and Series
66 licenses (Series
63 or 65 may be substituted for the 66 if a passing score is achieved within 60 days). - At least one year of experience in the investment industry with in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- At least one year of experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Strong communication skills, confident client engagement, and ability to manage goals, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adaptability, thoroughness, and a commitment to regulatory compliance.
- At least three years of experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment with goal attainment.
- Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
- Current insurance licenses.
- Strong computer skills and multitasking ability in a demanding environment.
- Account management and advisory.

- Schedule:
Monday–Friday with open availability required and some Saturdays. - Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).
- Hours per week: 40.
- Location:
20563 Stevens Creek Blvd, Cupertino, CA (or similar). - Pay range: $70,000.00–$80,000.00 annualized salary, adjusted for experience, education, and skill set.
- Incentives:
Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan based on performance metrics.
