Job Description:

The Places Finance team at Apple is seeking a Financial Analyst II (Lease Payment Analyst) to join a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. This role provides day‑to‑day finance support for the lease portfolio, partnering closely with Real Estate, Lease Accounting, and external landlords. The analyst will be responsible for reviewing and processing lease invoices, supporting payment operations, and ensuring accurate financial records.

This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle large datasets, and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Processing lease invoices and payments
• Performing landlord and vendor reconciliations
• Working with internal stakeholders and external landlords
• Analyzing financial data
• Maintaining accuracy in a high-volume environment

• 3–5 years of relevant experience (2+ years acceptable)
• Background in accounts payable or payment processing
• Experience reviewing invoices, reconciling accounts, and working with large datasets
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Strong analytical thinking
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication skills

• Experience with lease or real estate finance
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
• Experience working with third‑party vendors or landlords

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
