Apple is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Retail Finance team supporting worldwide

Financial Planning and Analysis. The Retail FP&A team serves as the hub for financial dataand insights within Apple Retail, partnering closely with leadership to drive the business forward. In this role, you'll drive transformation initiatives across the team, leveraging AItools to modernize how we forecast, plan, and report on Retail’s OpEx spend. You’ll also owncritical processes including Total Retail capex consolidation and Global Retail Support (GRS) analytics.

This role will initially focus on driving transformation work within Retail FP&A, leveraging AI and other tools to significantly reduce manual works streams and drive efficiencies withinthe team, subsequently partnering with other finance teams to identify areas of opportunityacross the org where standardization and automation can drive further efficiencies. The rolewould also own two critical processes: consolidation and reporting of Total Retail Cap Ex and analytics and reporting for the Global Retail Support (GRS) entity, which covers corporateheadcount and contractors.

This person will build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and establish a reliable process and cadence for capex reporting. They willalso serve as a key point of contact for GRS headcount-related questions from the business.

Additionally, this role will support the broader Retail FP&A team with forecast and closedeliverables.

• Drive transformation initiatives within Retail FP&A, leveraging AI tools to eliminate manual work, streamline deliverables, and improve efficiency; partner with other
• Retail Finance teams on opex to identify common areas of opportunity and drive alignment on process improvement work
• Own end-to-end consolidation and reporting of Total Retail Cap Ex, including developing and maintaining a scalable process and cadence with business partners
• Own analytics and reporting for the Global Retail Support (GRS) entity, covering corporate headcount and contractors; partner closely with finance teams to understand headcount trends and serve as a point of contact for business headcount questions
• Drive ad hoc financial analysis and projects in support of current and future business goals, actuals and forecast processes, and broader Apple Retail initiatives
• Support the Retail FP&A team with forecast and close deliverables

• 2+ years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Big picture thinking with inherent curiosity to connect dots, understand all facets of Apple / Apple Retail, and drive decision making
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with flawless attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate results and increase alignment
