Job Overview
Responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and advisory services to clients, including building financial plans, recommending brokerage products, and coordinating referrals to internal partners.
Key Responsibilities- Triage client leads and make referrals based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals and build a financial plan.
- Recommend brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial centre clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners on client needs and potential product services.
- Mitigate and control risk and incorporate regulatory due diligence in daily activities.
- Current Series7 &66 licenses (or Series
63/65 in lieu of 66 with a passing score within 60 days). - At least one year of experience in the investment industry with in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- At least one year of experience in a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Strong communication, client relationship building, goal‑setting, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to comply with SAFE Act registration and background‑check requirements.
- At least three years of experience in the financial service or sales environment.
- Professional designations such as CFP or CRPC.
- Insurance licenses and strong computer skills.
- Account Management, Advisory, Client Experience, Branding, Customer focus.
- Oral Communications, Active Listening, Attention to Detail, Client Solutions.
- Issue Management, Pipeline Management, Causation Analysis, Client Management Policies.
- Risk Management, Written Communications, Schedule Management.
Shift: 1st shift (U.S.) Monday–Friday, with open availability including some Saturdays. 40 hours per week.
Pay range: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 annualized, with incentive eligibility under a formulaic incentive plan.
