- Manage our talent programs, including development planning, check-ins and executive coaching — which includes project management, Comms, People Business Partner (PBP) support, working with vendors, etc.
- Manage our talent development program, including project management and change leadership for the new tool roll out, training strategy and implementation.
- Partner closely with our People Business Partners (PBPs) to enable them to effectively lead adoption of the tool within their lines of business, including building manager capability for development conversations and team member engagement.
- Work closely with analytics team to evaluate adoption and understand usage—track how team members and managers are engaging with tools and resources and implement improvements.
- Collaborate within the talent management team and with key partners to drive operational excellence across our portfolio of talent management programs.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- You have 8+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years of experience working as a specialist in Talent Management (or related field) leading programs for a business.
- You have a continuous learning mindset and strive for excellence in everything you do. You don’t cut corners, and you understand that quality is in the details.
- You have meticulous attention to detail.
- You simplify complex problems and distill big decisions down to their core.
- You adapt to change and find the right path, even without having all of the pieces to the puzzle.
- You thrive when asked to explore new ground, rather than waiting on others.
- Professional coaching experience is a nice-to-have
- Proficient computer skills with Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Excel preferred.

Pay Range: $100- $104/hour
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
