About the Role:
U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Digital Analytics Service Delivery Engineering team. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the implementation and evolution of digital analytics solutions across our digital platforms, empowering business partners with actionable insights and ensuring the highest standards of data quality, innovation, and security.
You’ll manage and mentor a high-performing team of analytics consultants and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. You’ll oversee digital analytics instrumentation and tagging for major business domains, modernize our platforms, and champion process optimization and team development.
As the primary contact for business partners, marketers, analysts, and product managers, you’ll deliver technical tracking specifications, resolve implementation requests, and drive excellence in service delivery. You’ll design and build scalable, cloud-native digital analytics platforms, integrating real-time and event-driven analytics capabilities, and leveraging AI/ML, automation, and modular architectures to keep U.S. Bank at the forefront of the industry. You’ll champion data governance, privacy, and cybersecurity best practices, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and promoting secure, high-quality analytics across the enterprise.

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Six to eight years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands‑on digital analytics implementation experience.
- Proven experience managing Agile/Kanban projects in cross‑functional organizations.
- Strong development skills in JavaScript, Java, SQL, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Lead, manage, and develop a large, multi‑level team, including people managers and individual contributors, to achieve business and operational objectives.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker), A/B testing, and automation of CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated success leveraging modern tagging, site analytics, and AI/ML technologies to drive business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), and secure data orchestration (including server‑side tagging and hashed email collection).
