The role involves day-to-day production support, proactive supervision of the Service Now environment, and leading efforts for incident response and resolution. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in Service Now production support, strong proficiency in administration and customization of Service Now, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
