Summary:
Client Store Online’s Digital Experience team is seeking a skilled Experience Strategy & Delivery professional to support key initiatives for Client Store Online’s shopping experiences. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence how millions of customers discover, learn, and purchase Client products and accessories. You will be joining a team of strategists responsible for understanding customer needs through research, insights and analysis, advocating for experiences that will bring delight and partnering cross-functionally to plan and launch those experiences.
You are a self-starter with expertise in e-commerce, digital experience, or product strategy. You are skilled in user research, and data-driven decision making. You thrive in ambiguous environments, excel at synthesizing complex information into compelling narratives, and have a proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams through strategic thinking and exceptional communication.
Key Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in e-commerce, digital experience, product strategy, or a related field
- Expertise in B2C e-commerce and/or digital strategy including familiarity with customer journey mapping and customer behavior analysis
- Experience planning, executing, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research into actionable recommendations
- Ability to author clear, compelling briefs and present complex findings to senior leadership with exceptional storytelling (Keynote/PowerPoint proficiency required)
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and related tools:
Excel, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, proactively problem-solve amidst ambiguity, and manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- Proven ability to influence and align teams across functions and levels; experience leading through influence without direct authority
- Experience with project or program management and partnering cross-functionally to execute from strategic inception to launch and maintenance
- Bachelor s Degree preferred
- Preferred years of experience: 10+ Years

Ideally 9 AM to 5 PM PST
Reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $90 to $94/hour.
