AIML - Sr Engineering Program Manager, Search

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead groundbreaking Search initiatives that play a meaningful role in the future of Siri Search and Apple.

* Build and run project timelines with clear dependencies, critical path and systematic methodology to communicate status. Handle risks and mitigations, and re-plan as events warrant. Drive alignment across the organization and between teams - Drive consensus across multiple groups with varying opinions u0026 needs. Influence entire teams around a common purpose and drive conference on the plan of execution - Proactively identify and manage risks, close gaps with the ability to switch gears on projects in an agile manner - Keep teams on critical path with efforts to minimize distractions - Provide clear, timely and objective communication, including regular program status updates and one-off reviews as needed to executive team

Prior program management or engineering experience in search, computer vision, and/or natural language understanding

8+ years of experience in driving large scale program building machine learning powered products 3+ years experience bringing a product from concept to completion, ideally working on machine-learning features and/or sophisticated backend and front-end systems Deep understanding of software development for machine-learned products and services, and how analytics and evaluation data can help improve those products Self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities Strong desire to learn, aptitude for problem solving, and the ability to make sophisticated trade-offs Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation and ability to influence stakeholders
