UX Writer, Business

We’re looking for a UX Writer to help shape clear, intuitive experiences across a suite of widely used business-facing digital services. In this role, you’ll support a platform that helps businesses increase visibility, streamline operations, and grow. The company is a global leader in consumer technology, known for its high-quality products, cohesive ecosystem, and human-centered design approach.

As part of the Services Design organization, you’ll contribute to customer experiences that support both enterprise and small business users. You’ll serve as a strong advocate for the user while balancing the needs of marketing, product, engineering, and business partners. This role is highly collaborative and ideal for someone who’s comfortable giving and receiving feedback and working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Write clear, concise, user-focused copy within an established tone, language, and design system
• Support feature development across multiple projects, including naming, user flows, product logic, and educational content
• Merge customer needs, business goals, and brand values into cohesive UX solutions
• Translate complex concepts into simple, approachable interface copy
• Partner with designers and writers to identify and resolve UI and content challenges
• Iterate on content based on feedback, data, and performance insights
