Description:
As an Email Production Specialist, you'll be responsible for the end to end technical development and execution of global email and product notification campaigns that support key lifecycle, product, and event initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, engineering, and IT to implement campaign workflows from intake through deployment. Your day-to-day responsibilities include building campaigns, developing templates, setting up audience segmentation using SQL, and performing thorough QA.
You'll also deploy communications and monitor performance to ensure they reach the right audience at the right time. In addition, you'll document workflows, help troubleshoot issues, and contribute to reporting and optimization efforts aimed at improving campaign effectiveness over time.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience building and deploying email campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce, Zeta Global, or Braze
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS; familiarity with Java script for email customization
- Strong SQL skills for writing queries in Snowflake to support segmentation and reporting
- Experience supporting marketing automation workflows
- Deep understanding of QA processes, localization, and email delivery best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot under tight deadlines
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with internal Apple tools
- Familiarity with event and certification platforms (e.g., event management tools, certification portals)
- Knowledge of content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience documenting processes and operational workflows
- Enthusiasm for experimenting with new tools and improving workflows over time
Education:
BA/BS — preference for degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
