Salesforce Analyst
As a Salesforce Analyst you will partner with World Wide and Regional business Channel teams to support and drive solution needs within Salesforce CRM. Specifically on the Partner Gateway (Experience Cloud). Leverage deep expertise in the Salesforce Platform to align technical solutions that support complex and evolving global business needs. Develop and maintain User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to support regional functional testing within each release.
Own and execute end-to-end and regression testing for all Salesforce enhancements during User Acceptance Testing; collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to triage reported issues, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. Support key business processes promoting application, platform governance, data quality, and compliance across tools and teams. Design and implement Salesforce Reports and Dashboard that support the business processes and deliver business insight.
The ideal candidate thrives on asking "why", challenging the status quo (instead of just taking down the requirement at face value), and partake in scalable, forward-thinking discussions on solutions that can improve the overall process.
