-21711 Pay Range: $42 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
- Install and configure approved Linux versions per enterprise standards
- Validate workstation readiness (OS, graphics, memory, VPN)
- Log, track, and update incidents using Jira
- The Linux Cloud Admin provides first-line technical support for Linux systems an enterprise environment.
- The role focuses on user onboarding, access provisioning, installation, licensing, environment configuration.
- Strong knowledge with the Operating systems Windows, Linux and Mac OS.
- Experience with Networking and Software configuration Management.
- Awareness of Linux licensing concepts (node-locked, floating)
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support
