Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for allocation requests and send updates to Engineering Program Managers (EPMs).
- Initiate Purchase Requests (PRs) and maintain GSM/PO trackers, ensuring timely invoice processing and cleanup of old POs.
- Attend meetings and provide updates on allocation and PO readiness.
- Work with large data sets to maintain accurate project tracking.
- Use Webex, Slack, and other collaboration platforms, with bonus experience in Nimbus and Apple products.
- Comply with NPS background checks and confidentiality requirements for Apple product development.
- Proficiency in Excel and Numbers.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Experience managing large data sets and using collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with Apple products (bonus).
- Ability to meet NPS background check requirements.
