Responsibilities- Execute end-to-end quality assurance testing and validation for marketing email campaigns, including configuration, delivery, rendering, and user experience across multiple platforms and devices
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and ongoing campaign releases
- Validate campaign business logic, audience segmentation, personalization, and delivery across multiple customer cohorts
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects while partnering with engineering and business teams to resolve issues
- Verify email rendering and functionality across a wide range of email clients and platforms
- 5+ years of software quality assurance testing experience, including at least 3 years supporting email or web-based production environments
- 3+ years of experience designing test strategies and independently executing testing for rapid-release marketing email campaigns
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to troubleshoot rendering issues across email clients and platforms
- Experience with SQL and scripting languages
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free customer experiences
