The UAT Analyst III will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of applications and systems by conducting thorough user acceptance testing (UAT). The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, validate solutions, and ensure that deliverables meet business requirements and user expectations. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute detailed UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories. Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with project goals. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting. Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to project teams and management. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Validate that system functionality meets user needs and business objectives before deployment. Participate in post-implementation reviews to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) or quality assurance roles. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
