About the Role

Amazon's Annapurna Labs designs custom silicon and software that power the world’s most advanced cloud and AI infrastructure. This role is part of a new chapter of innovation, building the future of our silicon and compute products for customers increasingly demanding quantifiable performance for AI/ML, high‑performance computing, and core workloads.

You will own the full lifecycle of new silicon generations, from strategy and roadmap to pricing, messaging, adoption, and support. You will lead zero‑to‑one initiatives, collaborate cross‑functionally with hardware, software, and partner teams, and report to senior Amazon leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute product strategy for new silicon and compute offerings, turning customer needs into product positioning, definitions, and go‑to‑market plans.
  • Engage prospective customers to validate product‑market fit and drive roadmap decisions.
  • Coordinate with Annapurna silicon teams, Neuron, and partner orgs to align innovation and deliver a unified roadmap.
  • Translate silicon performance into customer‑facing value propositions across the full solution stack.
  • Set product requirements, prioritize, establish performance goals, and track execution and success.
  • Design the end‑to‑end support model, documentation, SLAs, and escalation paths.
  • Provide regular updates on strategy, project status, risks, and issues to senior management.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
  • Experience delivering large‑scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products through the full lifecycle.
  • 3+ years in semiconductor silicon hardware product management.
  • Strong leadership in engineering discussions and technology decision making.
  • Ability to influence senior executives on strategy decisions.
  • Understanding of ML/AI workloads and key hardware performance metrics.
  • Experience with semiconductor, silicon, or data center/cloud infrastructure design, supply chain, and support for enterprise customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Master’s degree in a technical field or MBA (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a technical field or MBA.
  • Experience engaging with customer executives to deliver exceptional service.
  • Leadership in engineering discussion around technology decisions and strategy.
  • Influencing senior executives on strategy decisions.
  • Understanding of ML/AI workloads and key hardware metrics.
  • Experience with semiconductor, silicon, or data center/cloud infrastructure design, supply chain, and support of physical servers or accelerator systems.

The base salary range for this position is  –  USD annually (USA, CA, Cupertino) and  –  USD annually (USA, WA, Seattle).
