We are seeking a dedicated Music, TV & Sports Localization QA Specialist to support and coordinate our client's localization efforts. In this role, you will manage localization QA, collaborate with local and international vendor testers, and work closely with internal cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive QA plans, supporting hands-on testing efforts in the localization lab, fixing bugs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality localized media products across up to 40 languages simultaneously.
The ideal candidate quickly recognizes and escalates critical issues while communicating project status clearly to management.

- QA Planning & Execution:
Design QA plans, perform localization testing, and troubleshoot bugs across entertainment content ecosystems. - Vendor & Team Coordination:
Guide vendor testing teams globally and align internally to meet strict release timelines. - Issue &
Risk Management:
Identify blockers early, prioritize key deliverables, and elevate risks swiftly to stakeholders. - Process Optimization:
Manage localization workflows within content management databases and specialized localization tools.
- Core Expertise:
Solid understanding of localization workflows, internationalization (i18n), software development, and QA methodologies. - Project Management:
Proven track record in localization project management, end-to-end testing, and bug tracking. - Tooling & Data:
Hands-on experience with content management databases and industry-standard localization tools. - Execution & Agility:
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple rapid-turnaround projects independently within tight deadlines. - Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited for cross-functional collaboration across global teams. - Detail Orientation:
High level of focus, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong analytical mindset to solve complex localization challenges.
- Platform Familiarity:
Competence with iOS, tvOS, and related ecosystem platforms, along with strong familiarity with our client's products and services. - Technical
Skills:
Scripting experience in Python and JavaScript to assist with workflow automation. - Linguistic
Skills:
Native-level fluency in one or more non-English languages.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in localization, internationalization, or software QA.
