Description

Apple is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to drive programs focused on building Apple’s Cloud Observability and Storage Platforms. Our cloud platforms power many features we all love in our Apple products and they must scale globally, be highly available, performant, and simply "just work". Minimum Qualifications

12+ years of engineering program managers in the cloud infrastructure domain, specifically observability and cloud storage focus areas.

Strong background in software delivery, and services infrastructure engineering

Proficient in software development processes (SDLC), and comfortable with various project management methodologies

Experience with risk analysis as well as developing, prioritizing and leading the roadmap

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or deep relevant industry experience

Preferred Qualifications

Prior engineering, infrastructure, or software development program management experience for Site Reliability Engineering / Dev Ops strongly preferred.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills, along with polished presentation skills

Self-motivated and proactive with proven creative & critical thinking capabilities

Expertise in coordination & participation in requirements gathering and design brainstorming sessions

Experience leading multiple complex projects simultaneouslyA history of leadership, decision making, negotiation skills, and ability to influence partners without direct authority

Proven record in defining processes, developing metrics and executing on them while driving program maturity and process optimization
