Job Title: Project Coordinator (Supply Chain / Operations)
Type: W-2 Contract
Duration: 6 months++
Pay Rate: $46.57/hr
OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support supply chain and operations initiatives within a fast-paced, global environment. This role will focus on coordinating cross‑functional efforts, supporting planning activities, and ensuring alignment across teams to meet business and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Support demand and supply planning activities to ensure alignment with customer needs and service level targets
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including planning, operations, and manufacturing to ensure program milestones are met
- Track and monitor inventory levels, forecasts, and supply plans; identify gaps and drive resolution
- Maintain and update system data, including ERP master data and planning parameters
- Analyze backlog, fill rates, and operational metrics; escalate issues and support corrective actions
- Facilitate regular meetings with global teams to ensure alignment across regions
- Communicate forecast updates, risks, and gaps to stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements in partnership with business and IT teams
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, or operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive follow‑through
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and maintain attention to detail
- Background in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management
- Experience supporting forecasting and planning processes
- Familiarity with global operations or manufacturing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field
- W-2 only (no C2C or sponsorship)
- Fast‑moving role supporting high‑visibility operations initiatives
