Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Coordinator to support our procurement and project management teams. The successful candidate will be a critical link between project planning and execution, ensuring that project requirements are met efficiently and on schedule.
Job Title: Coordinator IV
Location: Cupertino, CA 95014
Duration: 12+ month contract with possibility of extension
Status: Hybrid (remote 3 days a week and in office every Tuesday and Thursday in Cupertino)
Salary: $50 to $55/hour (reasonable, good faith estimate)
Key Responsibilities- Review project scope documents and validate project requirements against construction drawings.
- Initiate and manage the routing of procurement proposals and change orders.
- Maintain project status tracker and communicate delays to project managers.
- Place orders with vendors and track order fulfillment to project sites.
- Help develop and maintain reports leveraging project scheduling, budget, and/or cost data.
- Provide project manager administrative support with tasks ranging from note taking during coordination meetings to monitoring vendor schedules as needed.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Experience with construction project management software (a plus).
- Experience with reading construction drawings (a plus).
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2+ years of Supply Chain and/or Vendor Management experience.
