Global Supply Manager

This role is pivotal in maintaining a balance between cost, quality, and supply continuity.

• Experience in fast-paced procurement and supply chain environment
• Knowledge in global supplier development and management in a multinational environment
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience and talent in negotiation
• Ability to handle sudden setbacks in a dynamic environment
• Ability to make quick decisions with 80% information
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

• Masters or MBA is a plus
• Experience in scenario analysis and benchmarking
• Understanding of value-added manufacturing processes and costs

• Work with suppliers to negotiate optimal terms for sourcing
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives
• Optimize supply chain performance through analysis and benchmarking
• Assess and mitigate risks to the business
