Program Manager III

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee material availability activities for all level NPI builds. This role involves managing a team responsible for driving factory data and ensuring accuracy. The work encompasses System level parts list (BOM) management, including initiation, coordination of updates, and BOM stuffing across various teams. You’ll ensure the accuracy of material drive and its implementation at OEM sites in collaboration with regional teams.

You’ll provide direction on quantity and build strategy to Module/System OPMs/EPSs/EPMs, drive budget management, and handle all vendor level BPOs. You will also be responsible for creating Purchase Order Requisition s, maintaining invoice tracking, and managing goods receipts. This role requires travel and the management of logistics for parts/BOM at builds, while working on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Provide direction on quantity and build strategy to Module/System OPMs/EPSs/EPMs.
• Drive budget management for material availability across NPI builds.
• Handle all vendor level BPOs.
• Create Purchase Order Requisition s and maintain invoice tracking.
• Manage goods receipts and BOM stuffing across teams and OEM sites in collaboration with regional teams.
• Oversee BOM management, initiation of updates, and coordination across functional areas.
• Travel and manage logistics for parts/BOM at builds; support multiple projects simultaneously.

• BA/BS degree or 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience in managing, organizing, and maintaining large quantities of data (10%).
• Exceptional multitasking abilities (10%).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy (10%).
• Strong critical thinking skills (10%).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, within teams and across the organization (10%).
• Self-motivated with the ability to adapt and react to changes in a time-sensitive environment (10%).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a large cross-functional team (10%).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and/or Numbers (10%).
• Knowledge of product development processes and an understanding of manufacturing processes (10%).
• Background in NPI program management (10%).
