The Regional Director of Sales will set the direction for their respective region customer facing resources, Manufacture Representatives/ Distribution Sales and FAEs, while cultivating lasting relationships with key clients. The Regional Director will provide customer engagement expertise for key customers and drive revenue expansion with their extended sales force.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Building- Lead, mentor and develop customer facing resources, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and results.
- Recruit, onboard and retain top tier representatives, aligning the company’s values and objectives.
- Implement effective performance management plans, tracking programs providing regular feedback to customer facing resources and management team.
- Possess a background in FPGA development and design, staying updated on market trends and competitor offering.
- History of driving FPGA revenue growth
- Familiarity with the FPGA competitive landscape
- Familiarity with System Verilog, Verilog and VHDL
- Serve as a trusted advisor to our key client engagements, customer facing resources and internal operations team.
- Drive revenue growth and exceeding assigned quotas and targets.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators that measure the impact of customer facing resources and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build strong relationships across the organization, fostering collaboration with marketing, operations and applications team.
- BSEE degree, 5 – 10+ years of FPGA sales experience preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic client engagements.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Competitive base salary and performance-based incentives. Base salary:$150k - $200k + commission
