Collaborating and facilitating communication across a variety of cross‑functional teams and OEM partners to meet aggressive quality, schedule, and cost goals.

Filtering and distilling relevant information for appropriate audiences.

Understanding technical issues and driving them to closure in a timely manner by bringing together key partners for decision‑making.

Providing project status across a wide spectrum of individuals, including executives.

Traveling both domestically and internationally to piece part and assembly vendors to drive schedule and builds.

• Driving Retail and Events Product Design programs from kickoff to production release.
• Owning creation and driving alignment with cross‑functional partners on program schedules. Driving execution of committed schedule.
• Defining project scope and driving alignment throughout development.
• Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management.

• At least 5 years of combined experience in project management delivering products comprised of multiple materials and high aesthetic quality.
• Comfortable driving day‑to‑day activities to meet overall project objectives.
• Enable the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process. Redirect pitfalls and develop a better course of action.
• Identify and direct all resources required to execute successful projects.
• Collaborate and facilitate communication across engineering managers, operations manager, marketing managers and OEM partners to meet aggressive cost, schedule, and quality goals.
• Lead cross‑functional communication between project teams and external vendors.
• Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management.
• Offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management.
• Understand technical issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key partners for decision‑making.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience.
• Self‑motivated and dedicated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure dynamic environment.
• Understand and deal well with rapid development cycles; remain flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity.
• Experience managing raw material development.

• Understanding CAD/Mechanical design is nice to have.
• At least 5 years of combined experience in project management delivering products comprised of multiple materials and high aesthetic quality.
• Prior Apple EPM experience highly desired.
• Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Mandarin fluency is a bonus.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
