DescriptionThe Merchandising Operations Manager will have a unique opportunity to evaluate the way Apple’s product team develops and manages a broad range of accessories. Working across internal teams, you will partner with Merchandising senior leadership to bring Apple’s vision for a vibrant accessories assortment to life.
Responsibilities- Leading a team of direct reports and setting strategic direction for a global network of Merchandising Operations specialists.
- Building & leading cross functional management systems, balancing the needs of a variety of stakeholders to ensure optimized process and performance.
- Defining key metrics, setting goals and measuring progress across multiple cross functional teams and reporting regularly to senior leadership.
- Drive improvements in procedures and streamline current processes using new methods and tools.
- Assist in the development of tools and process which ensure all products offered by Apple are in line with all relevant regional compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with the Online store publishing team to seamlessly launch 3PP including assets, copy and badging.
- Audit and drive accuracy of systems touching retail assortments and product statuses.
- 7+ years experience in roles with significant operations and process optimization focus.
- Management experience with success hiring, developing and building an inclusive team-based culture.
- Exceptional networker, communicator and collaborator across global teams at senior levels.
- Strong process management and technical learning with proven ability for systems management.
- Experience defining success criteria and building comprehensive strategic plans.
- Ability to coordinate diverse objectives across cross functional teams and develop an aligned strategy meeting all needs.
- Ability to influence and develop business relationships with partners at all levels.
- Future orientated, demonstrating strong planning and time management skills.
- Strong familiarity in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Keynote, Pages, Numbers, able to communicate complicated concepts in simple formats.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $149,700 and $225,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
