Our team is looking for a dynamic EPM to help build and run the foundation that services that millions of customers use every day. We are looking for star performers to drive projects for various areas of Apple Cloud Infrastructure. You’ll be partnered with a team whose mission it is to build, maintain and improve Apple’s most critical cloud services. ABOUT YOU:

You are an ambitious individual who is proactive and able to work under minimal supervision at a detailed level while taking account of interdependencies at higher levels. Can you coordinate multiple projects across multiple locations? We need someone with excellent written and interpersonal skills who pays attention to the details and is highly organized. You have experience running a complex set of software deliverables with many interdependencies and have a successful track record being a phenomenal partner within teams and across organizations in engineering, design, and leadership.

The Apple Cloud Services Infrastructure team is seeking a senior engineering program manager to drive large programs that cross the software stack. You’ll be the connective tissue between infrastructure engineering teams building the foundational systems that power services across Apple. You’ll partner with engineering, product, and business teams to translate platform vision into executable roadmaps. In addition you’ll be responsible for driving alignment across complex technical dependencies and ensuring we deliver integrated infrastructure that scales.

Responsibilities
  • Drive cross‑functional programs that span cloud infrastructure products within Compute, Storage, Observability, Traffic, Data Platform, Data Services, and Developer Experience.
  • Partner with engineering leads to translate platform strategy into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones, owners, and success criteria.
  • Identify technical and organizational risks early; facilitate alignment and unblock teams through proactive problem‑solving.
  • Establish program frameworks that bring visibility to cross‑team dependencies, progress, and tradeoffs for leadership decision‑making.
  • Drive operational rigor across the program lifecycle, from requirements gathering through launch readiness and post‑launch iteration.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years in technical program management, with significant experience in infrastructure or platform development.
  • Deep understanding of and experience in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and software development life cycles.
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or related experience.
