We are seeking a highly strategic Senior Manager, Wireless Regulatory Compliance to lead regulatory engagement across global markets. This leader will shape and execute regulatory strategy, represent the company with executive presence, and proactively advocate company positions with regulators, standards bodies, and industry stakeholders worldwide. The ideal candidate combines deep wireless domain expertise with strong policy fluency. Beyond mastery of certification fundamentals (SAR, TRP/EIRP, PSD, SEM, coexistence), they understand how regulatory ecosystems evolve — and can anticipate change, influence direction, and position the company for long-term advantage within complex global frameworks.
DescriptionAs the Senior Manager of Regulatory Compliance, you will work with a global high-performing team of regulatory engineers responsible for enabling market access across our product portfolio. Partnering closely with cross‑functional teams including RF engineering, Operations, Legal, and Government Affairs, you will drive scalable compliance strategies that balance innovation, time‑to‑market, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation. You will champion a culture of accountability, technical rigor, and cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring compliance is not simply a gate, but a strategic enabler of product success in global markets.

- Build and sustain trusted, long‑term relationships with regulators.
- Advocate company positions through formal submissions, consultations, bilateral meetings, and industry forums.
- Translate complex technical and policy issues into compelling executive‑level communications. Provide briefings and strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to align around strategic regulatory priorities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to operationalize compliance requirements early in product development cycles.
- Anticipate regulatory trends and geopolitical developments; assess impact and recommend mitigation or advocacy strategies
- 10+ years of experience in wireless regulatory compliance
- Deep understanding of:

GPP technologies (LTE, 5G , EN-DC, CA) - RF performance metrics (EIRP, TRP, TIS, ACLR, SEM, PSD)
- RF exposure (SAR, MPE)
- EMC and coexistence requirements
- Proven track record engaging directly with regulators and influencing outcomes
- Strong executive communication skills and policy advocacy experience
- Ability to operate in complex geopolitical and multi‑stakeholder environments
- Prior experience in a global consumer electronics or wireless chipset environment
- Demonstrated experience navigating sensitive geopolitical or cross‑border regulatory dynamics
- Experience mentoring and developing high‑performing regulatory teams
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Public Policy, or related field
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $228,100 and $393,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
