About the Role

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and highly organized professional to take on a pivotal role within our marketing team. As an Integrated Marketing Producer, you will be instrumental in driving the end-to-end execution of our most impactful marketing campaigns. This is a deeply cross-functional position where your ability to foster collaboration, maintain operational excellence, and manage complex projects will directly contribute to the success of our global launches.

You will be the central orchestrator, ensuring every campaign is delivered flawlessly, on time, and with maximum impact, directly shaping the future of our gaming service.

You will contribute to key initiatives by facilitating seamless coordination across creative development, media, analytics, developer marketing, creator/social, editorial, and game production teams. Your efforts will ensure that all stakeholders are aligned, resources are optimized, and every campaign achieves its strategic objectives. This role offers significant opportunities for leadership in process improvement and innovation, allowing you to continuously enhance our marketing operations and elevate our strategic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns and activations, from initial planning through post-launch analysis.
  • Coordinate complex cross-functional work streams involving creative development, paid media, editorial, public relations, developer marketing, and analytics teams.
  • Develop and meticulously maintain project timelines, resource plans, status reports, and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
  • Track comprehensive campaign performance, synthesizing data into actionable insights and clear reports for all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate robust stakeholder alignment through clear, consistent communication, regular check-ins, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Drive continuous operational excellence by identifying process improvements and implementing scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, program/project management, or similar roles within the gaming, mobile applications, or digital entertainment sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept development through to successful launch.
  • Proven experience in creating scalable processes, developing detailed timelines, securing necessary resources, and effectively removing blockers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard project management tools and collaborative platforms.
  • A strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, including media planning, creative development, channel optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Knowledge of the mobile gaming landscape, effective player engagement strategies, and relevant analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging effectively for diverse audiences and organizational levels.
  • Proven success working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, including experience with distributed or international teams.
  • Outstanding detail-orientation combined with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.

  • A genuine passion for games and interactive entertainment.
  • Familiarity with international marketing considerations and the nuances of regional campaign execution.
