We help manage the full local marketing loop: AI‑powered content generation, social media operations, review management, local SEO, paid marketing support, reporting and performance insights.

About

the Role

We are hiring a full‑time Founding Director of Agency Partnerships to build and scale our agency channel. This role is for someone who already understands the agency world from the inside—ideally a current or former agency owner, senior operator, or industry veteran with extensive relationships across marketing agencies that serve local businesses.

Responsibilities

Build the agency partnership pipeline

  • Identify and prioritize agencies that serve restaurants, hospitality, wellness, retail, fitness, home services, and other local business categories.
  • Use existing industry relationships to open warm conversations with agency owners and senior decision‑makers.
  • Build a qualified pipeline of agencies for referral, reseller, white‑label, and co‑selling partnership models.
  • Own the full partnership development process from first conversation to signed partnership.

Convert agency relationships into revenue

  • Work with agency owners to understand their client base, service model, pricing, delivery process, and current pain points.
  • Position Atlas Nova as a way for agencies to improve delivery efficiency, expand services, protect margins, and serve more clients.
  • Help agencies package Atlas Nova into their existing service offerings.
  • Drive pilot programs, partner onboarding, and first client conversions.
  • Own revenue targets tied to agency partnerships and referred customers.

Bring industry knowledge into Atlas Nova

  • Translate agency feedback into product, pricing, packaging, and GTM insights.
  • Help us understand what agencies actually need versus what software companies assume they need.
  • Identify which verticals are most attractive: F&B, hospitality, wellness, retail, fitness, local services, or multi‑location brands.
  • Help shape Atlas Nova’s agency partner program, including incentives, onboarding, enablement, and success metrics.

Represent Atlas Nova in the agency ecosystem

  • Build credibility with agency owners, operators, consultants, and local business marketing leaders.
  • Attend or engage with relevant industry communities, events, networks, and associations.
  • Develop repeatable partnership motions that can later be scaled by a larger GTM team.
Qualifications

Experience & Background

  • 7+ years of experience in agencies, local marketing, partnerships, SMB marketing, franchise marketing, restaurant marketing, hospitality marketing, or related industries.
  • Current or former marketing agency owner, senior operator, or partner.
  • Strong relationships with agency owners, founders, partners, or senior operators.
  • Direct experience in F&B, hospitality, wellness, retail, fitness, or local service marketing.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of how agencies make money, manage clients, price services, and evaluate new tools.
  • Ability to sell strategically to senior decision‑makers.
  • Comfort operating in an early‑stage startup environment with ambiguity, speed, and high ownership.
  • Ability to turn relationships into revenue, not just conversations.
  • Clear communication, strong follow‑through, and disciplined pipeline management.
What Makes This Role Different

Most agency partnership roles are simply channel sales positions. This role is different. It will define the agency channel from the ground up—target segments, partner economics, packaging, messaging, onboarding, and revenue motion—and shape how Atlas Nova sells through agencies, how agencies use our platform, and how local businesses experience AI‑powered marketing execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The strongest candidate is a former agency owner or senior agency operator who has spent years serving local businesses and understands the operational pain of delivering marketing services y know that clients crave more content, better reviews, stronger Google visibility, paid marketing support, and clearer ROI, but agencies struggle to deliver all of that profitably without adding more people. Atlas Nova offers agencies a new operating layer to deliver more with less manual work.
