Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple's largest store.

Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things.

Apple Store Online is redefining how Apple shows up in a world where AI agents increasingly mediate discovery, evaluation, and purchase. This innovative and future-focused role is central to that shift. The person in this role will help the ASO Digital Experience team ideate, launch, and manage Apple's retail presence on emerging agentic surfaces, helping customers discover, evaluate, and purchase Apple products in ways that are intelligent, trustworthy, and deeply personal.

This is a build-from-scratch role that demands not only strategic range, but also operational rigor. You'll move fluidly and fast, creating links insights, product and design, and analytics to turn early, ambiguous signals about agentic behavior into scoped experiments and shippable experiences but strategy alone isn't enough. This role needs someone who can drive for results, stand up new processes and partnerships where none exist, navigate cross-functional dependencies, and push work through to launch.

You should be as comfortable running a program and clearing blockers as you are shaping the vision, and you should have proven experience getting things done in a space that's still being defined.

This role drives the strategy for experiences across emerging agentic platforms that represent the next frontier of digital retail. You will define how customers discover, learn, shop and buy Apple on these platforms. This role will require significant partnership with teams across Apple, including Apple Store Online teams, PR, Business Development, Finance, and Marketing. Success in this role means delivering agentic experiences that uphold Apple's brand.

• 7+y ears demonstrated experience defining and developing consumer facing digital shopping journeys, or e-commerce experience for a premium global brand
• Deep knowledge of agentic platforms, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies
• Experience managing multiple work streams simultaneously across cross-functional teams
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, both verbally and using Keynote
• Proven stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating at the frontier of emerging technology in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

• Experience in digital commerce and online retail across a variety of platforms
• Experience working closely with creative and UX teams to create innovative customer experiences and defining shopping journeys on these agentic platforms and touchpoints
• Demonstrated interest in the long-range future of shopping, discovery, and retail
• Written and verbal fluency in Mandarin a plus
• BA/BS, MBA a plus
