About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Localization Project Manager to join the marketing localization team in Cupertino, CA. In this role, you will lead end-to-end localization projects from concept level to go-live, coordinating across marketing, design, video services, legal, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Project Management: Oversee localization workflows from scoping, planning, and task tracking to go-live.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing teams, design, video services, legal, and international vendors to ensure aggressive deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Asset & Copy Management: Manage international copy and creative assets for store, marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Team Representation: Lead and represent the localization team in cross-functional kick-offs, strategy sessions, and presentations.
- Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, tools, and localization infrastructure.
- 5+ years of localization project management experience handling language launches, digital marketing, or media localization.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume copy and assets across multiple languages (up to 40 simultaneously).
- Strong understanding of online marketing, global asset distribution, and international marketing copy.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams and strong cultural sensitivity.
- Proficient with industry-standard localization tools and workflows.
- Comfortable working on the Mac platform/iOS with familiarity with brand media products and UI terminology.
- Linguistic expertise in at least one non-English language is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Localization, International Studies, Journalism, Media Studies, or equivalent practical experience.
