• Report to the Executive Director of Cardiovascular and Procedural Services
• Partner closely with interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, vascular surgery, anesthesia, and emergency services to optimize access and throughput
• Lead a collaborative team of RNs, RCIS professionals, radiologic technologists, and cardiovascular technologists
• Oversee daily operations, staff development, scheduling, and call
• Ensure accreditation readiness and maintain quality metrics
• Steward the budget and inventory management
• Advance initiatives in safety, sedation standards, moderate-to-complex interventions, and patient experience
