Failure Analysis techniques:
Optical Microscopy, X-ray/CT, Scanning Electron
Microscopy/Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (SEM/EDS)
* Deep understanding of material and device properties (mechanical, electrical,
optical, thermal)
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis and design risk assessment reporting
* Strong knowledge of physical failure analysis techniques (SEM/EDX, X-Ray, and
other characterization methods)
* Ability to develop new reliability test procedures and create detailed test plans
* Cross-functional collaboration and clear, concise communication skills

* Acknowledge and review incoming shipment emails and accompanying documentation for accuracy and completeness.
* Coordinate directly with shippers to resolve any discrepancies or errors in shipment details.
* Import shipment records into Apple's systems and ensure proper transfer to unit recipients, following established processes for different shipment types and locations.
* Track shipments daily, working closely with Designated Responsible Individuals (DRIs) to address issues and unblock delayed shipments.
Location:

Salary range:$70,000-$130,000 a Year.
